Blade steel is Damasteel, Damacore “Odins Eye” flat ground and mirror polished.
Bolsters, pocket clip and backspacer are all hand engraved titanium featuring .999 fine silver raised inlays in the eyes of the skull on the show side bolster and pocket clip.
The scales are Morph TPC from 2iSupply, which is an extremely chatoyant, and rare Carbon fiber composite with extremely thin layers of quartz laminated in.
The overall build features a fully hidden hardware construction, aside from the main pivots which are both inlaid with the same TPC as the scales.
The action runs on ceramic caged ball bearing washers from Skiff workshop and the titanium frame has hardened stainless steel washers recessed into the frame for the bearings to ride on. This feature helps combat premature wear, it is something that is often overlooked by custom knife makers but i find it to be a necessary step in assuring that this is a heirloom piece that can be handed down to future generations.
